Plunketts Fabulous Food, Rochester, New York

Susan Plunkett started cooking at Hoosier Bill's in the 70s, then found her way to Snake Sisters and finally opened her own place in 1984. It was a little club called Jazzberry's and it served up some of the best food and music this town has ever seen. Fifteen years later, people still talk about Jazzberry's and Susan Plunkett's food.

She now runs Plunketts Fabulous Food catering.
