The Owl House Restaurant, Rochester, New York

With the closure of Susan Plunkett's Jazzberry’s (Genesee Coop and East Avenue), Slice of Life (742 South Ave), Skippy's Vegeterian Restaurant (742 South Ave), Tammiko Chin's Health Garden (350 State Street), chef/owner Joseph Ferrara's New Health Cafe (133 Gregory St), Organic Alley (7 Schoen Place, Pittsford) and owner-chef Meg Davis' The Atomic Eggplant, there are no longer any non-ethnic, vegetarian restaurants in Rochester, New York.

The Owl House, which is situated in the former Atomic Eggplant location (75 Marshall Street, Rochester, NY 14607, Telephone:  585-360-2920), however, offers a substantial number of vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as options that include meat or fish.
