Encuentro Café & Wine Bar in Oakland, California

With Linda Braz, one of the three owners of Encuentro Café & Wine Bar. The other two owners are Eric Tucker (Exec. Chef of Millennium) and Lacey Sher (formerly of Down To Earth Restaurant in NJ).


Sauteed Spring Garlic with green olives over chevre topped with roasted cauliflower and garnished with mint Bruschetta. Also, Beet and Chevre Goat Cheese Bruschetta.
